Dark Eye Circle
Panda eyes, don’t we all loathe them. Just when you are looking great with nice make-up and best attire, those conspicuous dark eye circles could spell the kind of disaster that ruins your day. From nutritional deficiency, aging, genetic inheritance to lifestyle factors (sleep deprivation, stress, sun exposure, alcohol, there are numerous causes for this condition. The breaking of red blood cells that pass through very tiny blood vessels under the skin leaves a trail of black and blue, and they are especially visible around the eyes area where the skin is thinnest. Together with pigmentation, it adds up to even darker appearance.
Treatments: The.K Under Eye Treatment
Treatments offered in our centre include
- Dark Eye Circle Treatment - This treatment is a 2-step method that first uses laser to resurface and stimulate the new formation of collagen and vessels, then the effect is boosted by using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) by applying on the skin as well as injected under the eye.
- Dermal Filler Injections – Hyaluronic acid injection helps not only to reduce the dark eye circle but also to improve the tear through appearance, rendering it to look less sunken and less tired.

Non Surgical Facelift
From the perspective of vanity, the face is the most important part of our body. Hence, face sagging is a major concern for people who are devoted to their looks. As we age, the gradual loss of collagen and adipose tissue (fats) and the weakening of muscles lead to the loss of elasticity hence, droopy appearance.
Treatments: The.K Non-Surgical Facelift
Strengthening and replacing the volume loss remain the main aim of treatment, depending on the condition of each individual, such as:
- Multifunctional High Intensity Ultrasound – Stands as one of our most popular lifting procedures. It involves the use of high energy ultrasound, delivering specific heat waves to the underlying skin to stimulate the renewal and reproduction of new collagens. The classic targeted areas are forehead, mid-face, chin and neck.
- 4D LIFT – We have made available a ground-breaking non-surgical face lifting procedure known as the Fotona4D® for our patients, a popular option to lift sagging facial skin while improving the tone and texture at the same time for a visibly more rejuvenated, natural-looking appearance. The revolutionary Fotona 4D Lifting utilizes a combination technique of different laser modes Er:YAG and Nd:YAG coalesce with SMOOTH, FRAC3, PIANO and SupErficial to target both the exterior facial and interior oral cavity, delivering heat waves into the deeper layers of our skin for collagen stimulation, conversely minimal resurfacing laser is used to decrease the fine lines and wrinkles appearance, and/ or;
- Dermal Filler Injections – Traditionally, a dermal filler is used to increase the volume of the sunken features of our face. Today, the technique has been refined. With the right character of hyaluronic acid or biostimulant dermal filler, the effect of lifting can be easily attainable.
- Radiesse – A biostimulator dermal filler (composed of Calcium Hydroxylapatite) manufactured in USA, it focuses on 3 effects: Vertical Lifting, Contours Defining, and natural collagen production stimulation.
- Ellanse – A unique biostimulator dermal filler composed of Poly-Carpolactone manufactured in the Netherlands, which possesses the capability to last up to 4 years after application. It offers immediate rejuvenation by filling up folds and wrinkles, on top of that, stimulates the production of natural collagen in the body.

Fine Lines and Wrinkles
The development of wrinkles and fine lines on the skin wasn’t caused only by aging, other factors such as exposure to the sun and unhealthy lifestyles such as smoking and alcohol abuse are ruthless culprits too. They may appear anywhere on the foreheads, between eyebrows, outer side of the eyes or even under the eyes, practically anywhere on the face. There are mainly two types of wrinkles: Dynamic wrinkle which appears only when there are facial expressions, and Static wrinkle which is present even when no expression was shown.
Treatments: The.K Wrinkle Free Treatment
Depending on the nature and types of the wrinkles, they can be treated accordingly with:
- Botulinum Toxin Injection – It is widely used with the main purpose of relaxing the muscles that are responsible for our facial expressions (dynamic lines) which caused the appearance of wrinkles. The injections are only directed at specific muscles so that we could ensure the preservation of our natural facial expressions, and to avoid that much dreaded odd, frozen looking face.
- Erbium YAG Laser – A great alternative to refine wrinkles and fine lines for those who detest injections. The only drawback to this type of resurfacing laser is the multiple sessions required to attain visible results, and/ or;
- Dermal Fillers Injections – Devised to fill the space that appears in between the folds especially those with static fixed lines and botulinum injection does not suffice.
- Can also be achieved with Biostimulator Dermal Fillers.

Non Surgical Brow Lift
While the eyes are windows to the soul, eyebrows are definitely the classy curtains to ornate them. One has to be mindful that any subtle movement of the brows could and would disclose even the faintest emotions. Hence, the brows are almost as important as any feature on the face and grooming them to the best shapes and outlines would give one the extra edge in his or her manifestation. However, the eyebrows tend to flatter and shift downwards with age, giving way to straighter brows and thus render one to look older and unenthusiastic.
Treatments: The.K BrowLift
There are many ways to achieve the ideal brows which do not require surgical treatment:
- Botulinum Toxin Injection – Almost similar to the forehead injection technique, but sparing the sides so that the muscles would regain strength to elevate the brow, and/ or;
- Multifunctional High Intensity Focus Ultrasound – Elevating the brows to the desired position by helping the skin regain tensile strength from the stimulation of collagen formation around the eyes and forehead areas.

Temporal Hollows
The temple is the left and right (lateral) sides of our forehead, which appears full, curved and usually oval in shape with even distribution of subcutaneous and deep fatty tissue. Over the years, the temples will experience a morphological loss of its fullness, caused by skeletal changes and the degeneration of soft tissue. This phenomenon would cause the face to take the contour which we commonly label as ‘monkey-nutshaped’, giving rise to a more scrawny and bony appearance.
Treatment: The.K Temporal Seal
This treatment involves filling up the void, or hollow areas of the temple with Dermal Filler Injections, as well as giving both sides of the temple the volume they have been lacking to bring back that youthful look again.

Sagging Neck and Neck Lines
Caring for aging skin isn’t about just to the face. The skin on your neck would also reveal signs of aging. Hence, it isn’t surprising at all that an aging neck with wrinkles and sagging skin would top the list of complaints in today’s field of medical aesthetics.
While in most cases, this is caused by the natural aging process, loose, sagging skin around the neck could also be the result of sun damage, environment factors and unhealthy lifestyle habits. Genetics and weight fluctuation are also contributing factors to sagging neck and neck lines.Treatments: The.K Smooth Neck
The treatments may be complicated but the condition is treatable with:
- Long Pulse Nd YAG
- Dermal Filler Injections, and/or;
- Multifunctional High Intensity Focus Ultrasound.

Hand Rejuvenation
As discerning people, we can tell a lot about someone’s personality by the way they carry themselves. Other than the way they dress, talk and behave, how they spruce up and take care of themselves say a lot about their character and panache. Beautiful hands are a reflection of class and confidence, and could be the one thing that stamps the deepest impression on someone without you even noticing. And if the hands are of such importance to us, isn’t it only natural that they are properly cared for?
Our hands could end up just like our face if due care isn’t given, losing subcutaneous fat pads and elastic collagen as we age, causing them to look wrinkly and bony. This condition can be alleviated with the help of Dermal Fillers Injections. Ensure that they get mesmerized the next time someone looks at your hands.
